Like the mythical phoenix, Jacqueline (Velvet), apparently quite dead, revives while Dr. Cox (Suzi) is reporting her termination. Jacqueline returns the favour by terminating the murderous doctor and stealing some clothes and her pass from the facility. The phoenix now flies free, but for how long?
